Is the MFD multifunction display faded or not working?

This tutorial shows how to fix the not working, fading or unreadable type A LCD screen of several Citroën, Peugeot, Fiat and Toyota EMF A+CEM0 multifunction modules, with Minitools SEPFLAT48 replacement flat cable.
