How to fix UConnect 8.4” screen delamination (Jeep, Chrysler, Dodge, RAM) with SEI-DISP278 replacement display

Is the UConnect 8.4” screen bubbling? Does it have delamination, streaks/drips, leaking glue or ghost touch?
