In-circuit interconnection device IN-CLIP DIL8

The DIL8 device is part of an in-circuit interconnection system known as IN-CLIP.

IN-CLIP allows considerable savings on several levels:

• economy: because the device costs less than 3-euro cents whereas a connector is more expensive;
• size: because it takes up as much space as a DIL8 component instead of the much bigger space occupied by a typical connector;
• time: because it interfaces quickly with any device by means of the test clip to allow fast programming or fast updating of the board in which it is installed.
