3. TO WHOM IS YOUR DATA DISCLOSED?

The data may be disclosed to:

  • Third-party service providers: we employ other companies and individuals to perform certain activities on our behalf. For example, to fulfill orders for products or services, deliver packages, send postal mail and e-mails, remove repetitive information from customer lists, analyze data, provide marketing, analysis, and management assistance, provide search results and links (including paid listings and links), customer support service providers (e.g., call centers), process payments, transmit content, assess and manage credit risks, and provide customer support services. If SAVIX or substantially all of its business assets were acquired by a third party, personal data relating to customers would naturally be among the transferred assets.
  • Marketplace partners: should SAVIX activate a marketplace model, the data necessary for the transaction would be transmitted to the third-party seller, who would act as an independent controller.

Your personal data is primarily processed within the European Economic Area. However, some of our service providers (e.g., for cloud, CRM, or analytics services) may be based or process data outside the EEA. In such cases, the transfer will take place in full compliance with current legislation, ensuring an adequate level of protection.

5. FOR HOW LONG DO WE RETAIN YOUR DATA?

Personal data will be retained for the time necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, for the period of time established by law, or for the time necessary to fulfill other legal duties.

6. WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS AND HOW CAN YOU EXERCISE THEM?

You have the right to obtain information about the data stored concerning you, including any recipients and the planned retention period, pursuant to Art. 15 GDPR. If the processed data is not (or is no longer) correct, you have the right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR). If the necessary legal requirements are met, you can request the erasure (Art. 17 GDPR) or restriction (Art. 18 GDPR) of the processing, as well as object to the processing itself (Art. 21 GDPR). Where you believe that the processing of personal data relating to you infringes data protection law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority of your choice (Art. 77 GDPR).

Our security procedures mean that we may ask you to verify your identity before we disclose personal data to you.

It is important that you take appropriate measures to prevent unauthorized access to your password and to your computers, devices, and applications. We recommend using a unique and complex password and always making sure you have logged out when you finish using a shared computer.
