Stepper motor for Magneti Marelli and Jaeger instrument clusters fuel and water temperature gauges

Replacement stepper motor useful to repair fuel and water temperature gauges of several Magneti Marelli and Jaeger dashboards, including:

• Audi TT 8N (models from 1998 to 2006);
• Citroën C5 I (models from 2001 to 2008);
• Fiat Punto 188 (models from 1999 to 2003);
• Lancia Lybra 839 (models from 1999 to 2005);
• Renault Clio II (pre-facelift models from 1998 to 2001);
• Renault Kangoo I (models from 1997 to 2001);
• Renault Megane I (post facelift models from 1999 to 2003);
• Renault Scénic I (models from 1999 to 2003).

Replaces the unavailable SEI-MOT02 motor.

It is recommended to replace both motors.

Use:

• install the motor;
• supply power to the instrument cluster;
• make sure that the LED* on the rear side of the motor flashes; while the LED is flashing, properly insert the needle directly on "zero" position;
• disconnect the power supply from the instrument cluster and switch it on again to check if the needle has been positioned correctly.

NOTE: every time the instrument cluster will be powered, the needles driven by SEP-MOT02E will do a full sweep, going all the way up and then back to "zero".

*ATTENTION
If the LED does not flash, check if the power supply reaches the motor correctly. If the power supply works correctly and the LED does not flash, please contact us.
